Stephen began his professional automotive career as an Assistant Store Manager in a local retail auto center in Cedar Rapids.  During his tenure there he met Andrew as an aspiring technician.  After 9 years holding multiple store management positions within that company, Stephen decided it was time to do something different and get back to what he loved most, the automotive industry.  Andrew and Stephen stayed in communication during those 9 years and as chance would have it a customer service advisor position became available in September of 2015. Stephen has been with ATS Automotive ever since.  Stephen has over 14 years of customer service experience 9 of those years in store management operations and sales.  Stephen attended his first every Vision Hi-Tech Training Expo in 2016 and hopes to continue to learn and grow with the industry each and every year.  His short term goals include: Becoming ASE Certified, to help ATS Automotive continue to grow and expand, and to finally race in his first Grid Life event.
